My Name is Daniel Tuson and I’m the owner and founder of Tuson’s driving school.
I started my driving journey back In 1996 as soon as I turn’t 17 and was able to take lessons. In 1996 it was just lessons and a practical driving test that was needed to pass until later on the same year they introduced the theory test. Before this was being rolled out I desperately wanted to pass to avoid another test , guess what this lead too?? Failed! My first practical driving test.
After a stern telling off from my instructor about rushing the test we went back to basics and started again where I made sure I was test ready for my second attempt at my practical driving test. Thankfully second time round I passed!!
Once I had passed I was itching to get behind that wheel and purchased my very own first car which lead me to make a career out of driving, I started off driving my car then onto a Van, then went on to driving a 7.5 ton lorry. I then decide to get on my motorcycle and started to learn the knowledge of London to become a black taxi driver. After successfully passing the knowledge this was the job I stayed in for many years. It was then I thought about becoming a driving instructor as I wanted more out of driving and what perfect way to achieve more, then to teach people to drive and pass on my knowledge of driving. This was no easy task as there is so much to learn to becoming a driving instructor but passing each rigourous test on my first attempt lead me to the conclusion this was the perfect career for me and I was meant to be a driving instructor!
This has lead me to becoming a fully qualified DVSA ADI Driving Instructor, to which now I have a brand new state of the art 2023 Automatic VW T-Cross.

PASSPLUS+
We offer a pass plus 6 hour lesson which you gain confidence and experience of motorway, town and rural driving, once completed you will be issued a certificate which could bring your insurance premium down.

We offer refresher lessons to full licence holders for those that haven’t driven for a while or if you’re simply lacking in confidence.
